1. Products and prices
Personalised digital children's book (PDF), three packages: Small (8 illustrated spreads) €9.99, Standard (12 spreads) €12.99, Large (16 spreads) €17.99. Launch prices; regular prices €14.99 / €19.99 / €24.99.
Add-on: personalised colouring book (PDF) €4.99.
All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
2. How to order
Fill in the order form on the homepage (child's first name, age, appearance or photo, favourites, theme, dedication) and confirm your agreement to these terms.
Within 24 hours we email you a watermarked preview and a link to your personal order page.
If you wish, use one free revision round — tell us what to change.
If you love the book, pay on your order page by bank link or card.
After payment the clean (watermark-free) PDF becomes instantly downloadable on your order page.
3. Payment methods
Payments can be made via Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Coop Pank, Luminor, Citadele) and by Visa or Mastercard. All payments are in euros (EUR).
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. Payment takes place outside our website in Maksekeskus's secure environment — we never see or store your card or bank details.
HSelixirs OÜ is the controller of personal data; HSelixirs OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS.
4. Delivery
The product is digital (PDF) and is delivered electronically by email and via your personal order page. There is no physical delivery or delivery partner; we deliver worldwide.
Standard delivery time: watermarked preview within 24 hours of ordering; the clean file immediately after payment.
Maximum delivery time: 72 hours from ordering. If we fail to deliver within this time, you may cancel the order and any amount paid will be refunded in full.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
The product is custom-made personalised digital content. Under § 53 (4) of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery of the content has begun with your consent.
Instead, we offer a simpler promise: if you don't love the book, we refund you. Write to info@hselixirs.com within 14 days of purchase — full refund, no questions asked, to the same payment method within 14 days.
You always see the full watermarked preview before paying — you never buy blind.
6. Revision round
Every order includes one revision round: review the preview and tell us what to change (text, individual images). A corrected preview will be sent to you.
7. Complaints and disputes
For any questions or complaints write to info@hselixirs.com or call +372 5620 3323 — we reply within 15 days. If no agreement is reached, consumers may turn to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee (ttja.ee) or the EU ODR platform (ec.europa.eu/odr).
8. Privacy
Cookies: our website uses no cookies or tracking scripts.
Order data (child's first name, age, appearance description, favourites, dedication, your email) is used solely to create and deliver the book, and is deleted after completion and the revision round.
First name only: we never ask for surnames, personal ID codes or other personal data.
Child's photo (optional): transferred over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), kept only until a human describes the appearance as text, then permanently deleted. The photo is never sent to an image generator or any third party, and is never used to train AI.
Payment data: HSelixirs OÜ is the controller of personal data; HSelixirs OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorised processor Maksekeskus AS. We only see whether the payment succeeded.
Books and orders are never used for advertising or as samples without your explicit permission.
